Last week was Mother’s Day, and it is
probably one of the best days of the year. My mother is the most amazing woman I have ever met and I
look up to her more than anyone I know.
She is so selfless and is serving 24/7. I have learned so much from her and I hope to be half the
woman that she is. I could never
repay her for all she has done for me.
I am so blessed with so many examples of wonderful women in my life. I love you mom and don’t know what I
would do without your daily service and love.
ON Mother’s Day my dad always buys us
corsages and expresses the importance of being a future mother. Even though I had to wear mine to a
singles ward I was not one bit ashamed.
I love and appreciate the gift dad! Love You.
Then for dinner my brother Blake and
his friend Ryan had a delicious barbeque at their house put on by all the
boys. It was delicious and the set
up was beautiful. The Jacksons
were able to join us and we played some football, paddleball, and ping-pong. Thanks boys it was the best Sunday I
have had in a long time. I love
spending time with my wonderful family.
This weekend I also got to play mom. I babysat my nieces, Jocelyn and Ellie. We went to Chick-Fil-A and Journey 2 in 3D. It was so good. The next day after their dance we went to a new park, shopping at target (complete with matching shorts), dinner at Subway, and cup o sno for desert. Then we came home, jumped on the tramp, and watched Alvin and the Chipmunks Chip wrecked. It was so fun! I love spending time with my beautiful nieces.
